ANNOUNCING OUR NEW OFFICE IN LOS ANGELES
We are pleased to announce the opening of our second location in West Los Angeles. Conveniently located just minutes from the Los Angeles WCAB, this office will allow us to expand services to our clients with matters in the Anaheim, Long Beach, Marina Del Rey, Pomona, Riverside, Santa Ana, San Bernardino and Van Nuys WCAB offices.
Under the co-management of Jack Wooten and Mary McLaughlin Davis, our clients can rest assured they will receive the same high quality and cost-efficient representation from our Los Angeles office that they have come to expect from our San Diego office in all matters involving:
- Workers' Compensation defense
- Independent PD Ratings & AMA Analysis
- 132(a) Discrimination defense
- Serious and Wilful Misconduct defense
- Employment/Corporate representation matters
- Mediation Services
We have also upgraded our systems to allow for seamless and paperless communication between our San Diego and Los Angeles offices. Clients may call either the San Diego or Los Angeles office to speak with any attorney regarding any matter. Mail and faxes are automatically redirected to our San Diego office for central scanning, ensuring timely responses by the appropriate personnel.

AN EXPRESSION OF GRATITUDE THIS HOLIDAY SEASON
A SPECIAL HONOR
Please join us in congratulating our senior principal and founder, Jack Wooten, for his recognition as a "Top Lawyer" in Workers' Compensation, as published in the March 2013 edition of San Diego Magazine.
Only attorneys with an AV Preeminent peer-review rating from Martindale-Hubbell are eligible for this honor.
To achieve AV Preeminent status, an attorney must be rated 5/5 by his peers and colleagues in five categories: legal knowledge, analytical capabilities, judgment, communication ability, and legal experience.
