Effective 01/01/2014, mileage reimbursement for California injured workers is 56 cents per mile.  The new rate applies to travel occurring 01/01/2014 or later.

This represents a reduction in the mileage rate which has been 56.5 cents since 01/01/2013. 

Past mileage rates remain in effect for travel during the periods in which they apply.   To determine the mileage rate based upon date of service, please see our resources page.
