Ms. Randolph is a paralegal with the firm and also our office manager.  

Ms. Randolph began her legal career in 1994, while attending college in her hometown of San Diego, by working as a part-time legal assistant for a criminal defense and personal injury firm.  In 1998, she entered the field of workers' compensation, and has worked on the defense side for over 20 years.

Ms. Randolph has been employed as Mr. Wooten's paralegal since 1999 and brings to the firm an extensive knowledge of workers' compensation practice and procedure. She is also an experienced rater, using the 1997, 2005 and 2013 rating schedules, and provides independent and consultative ratings of medical reports, including assessments of ratings provided using Almaraz/Guzman II.

In her free time, Ms. Randolph enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her large extended family.
